Lingerie 4 U have an outlet that operates for 5 days only once per year in a different City every month, in Ontario Canada.
Ben at Eden Production approaches our company in Feburary, 2003 and talked us into launching an E-Commerce web site. First I must say with just the average computer skills we had and the ignorant of all the e-commerce idea, we were afraid to invest in something that we may not understand.
Ben was very patient in explaining the benefit of the integration of a web site with what we are already doing. He took the time to listen and understand our business operation and ask questions that we did not considered before. At first we just wanted a site for people to be aware of our sale and location, but after an extended meeting with Ben we learnt how the e-commerce, the Data Base, the customer interface and the administrator’s functions works, at lease a basic understanding at that time of how it works. We immediately sing a contract.
This is when we saw the dedication the team at Eden Production who worked diligently to meet our dead line to launch our site to coincide with our first Outlet sale, six weeks after the sign contract. Even though we kept making changes on the go. The service that Eden Production team provided our company was above and beyond, and it was a very enjoyable experience working with them.
Today one year later 2004 lingerie4u.ca web site is very successful, it give our company great exposure worldwide and because of this there is a great demand for our product for wholesale. Again we are working with Eden Production team to expand our Data Base to accommodate a logon system for Members, Wholesaler and Dealers.
